Day 1. FROM Howrah……. Start Journey from Howrah to New Delhi by suitable train. At 8.00 am

Day 2. New Delhi/ Srinagar…….. Arriv New Delhi at 6.30 am. And transfer to Delhi Airport and avail suitable Flight for Srinagar. After arrival Srinagar transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 3. Srinagar / Baltal/Panchatarani ……. After early Checkout at 6.30 am proceed to Baltal Helipad by Car . After check in process proceed to Panchatarani by Helicopter for Amarnath Holi Cave Darshan.
(Note: Panchatarani to Amarnath Holi Cave distance 6 km.) stay at Panchtarani Camp (own cost)

Day 4. Panchtarani / Baltal / Srinagar ……..Early Morning 7.30 am. Back to Baltal by Helicopter. After Breakfast proceed to Srinagar. Lunch at Hotel. Evening Free for personal.

Day 5. Srinagar……… After breakfast 8.30 am. Full Day Rest and Personal Activities. Stay at Srinagar.

Day 6. Srinagar / Delhi ………. After breakfast at 7.30 am. Transfer to Srinagar Airport to avail suitable flight for Delhi. Same day Avail suitable Train for Howrah.

Day 7. Howrah……… Arrive Howrah at 11.30 am

Total Tour Package Cost Rs. 25000 Per Head for Double Sharing

Inclusions : Standard Accommodation , All Food ( B/L/D ), Helicopter Fare, All Transfer

Exclusions : Train & Flight Ticket, Medical permission, Camp stay at Panchatarani.

Required Documents : Adhar Car, CHC Medical Certificate approved by Amarnath Shrine Board Enlist
Hospital, Passport size Photo .

Terms & Conditions :
1) Package Booking Before 120 Days from date of journey.

2) Booking with Rs. 5000 Advance Money.

3) Journey date may be reschedule for any Strike and other Restrictions. Then Advance Money is valid for next reschedule Date.

4) Journey confirmation letter send after Deposit 50% of total Price before 30 days from the date of journey.

5) Full and final payment made before 7 days from date of journey.

6) Payment Mode (Cheque/NEFT ) Only account transfer payment before 7 Days from date of journey.

7) Seat Arrangement in the Bus / Car will be according to Daily Changeable process Or Lottery System.

8) Child Policy : i) Between 4 years to less than 6 Years 50% discount (Without Bed), ii) Between 6 years to less than 10 years 25% discount (Without Bed),

9) In case Cancellation if journey Cancelled by the passengers , then he or she liable to pay cancellation Charge as follows:

i) Before 45 days deduct Rs.1500

ii) Before 30 Days deduct 15% of Total price.

iii) Before 15 days deduct 20% of Total price

iv) Before 7 Days deduct 35% of Total price.

v) Before 3 Day deduct 50% of Total Price.

10) No refund is admissible if a ticket is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time of departure or thereafter.

11) The passengers will have to pay the full price of double bed room in case single occupancy. Subject to Availability of Bus Seat & Room.

12) Cancellation will be acted upon only when the Advanced Receipt / Ticket is surrendered at our office for cancellation, except in case of a passenger residing outside Kolkata, who may cancel his/her booking by Email only.

13) Refund in respect of Air ticket if purchased by us on passenger’s request will be refunded as per the rules of Airlines.

14) No amount deposited will be refunded in full, should the tour be cancelled by the company, except in the case of cancellation of the tour owing to natural calamities, strike / bandh or any other undesirable and abnormal situation, when the passengers have to pay compensation to the company @10% of the tour price.

15) Entry Fees all the places (where applicable) are to be borne by passengers.

16) As per Govt. rules Passenger traveling with us are requested to carry own Photo Identity card.

17) Please entrain & detrain with tour own belonging at Howrah / Sealdah / Kolkata / Shalimar / Santragachi Station.

18) In Case Flight Ticket Cancellation or refund depends on Airlines authority.

19) The firm accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.Please Read Carefully all the Rules & regulation before Package booking Please carry one 22” suitcase & one handbag only while on tour.
